Can I see samples of a product before I purchase items?
Yes, we can organise to send the samples of any product before you buy with a minimum cost of $25.00. Once you have placed the order for the item we will credit the sample product cost, back to your nominated account either via credit card or EFT payment.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return products?
Yes, goods can be returned for up to a maximum of 7 days from their receipt.
If you would like to return items, please follow the simple steps below:
Complete our returns form Email the returns form to email@example.com We will then organise to pick up the stock from your nominated address and contact you to confirm this via email.
Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, we will process a refund or credit note for the total sale value, deducting $35.00 for the collection fee and 3.0% for restocking fee.
Please note that returns will be at Sydney Bio Packaging discretion.
Any damaged or faulty goods which are returned from collection will not be refunded in full.
Do you offer custom printing coffee cups?
You can customise most products using our personalised printing service if the order satisfies the following minimum quantities.
