Terms of use

By using this Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice.

Delivery Time

Provide order placed before 10 am, and we will operate a next working day delivery service where possible. We won’t be able to guaranteed service, and Sydney Bio Packaging takes no responsibility for loss of earnings due to late delivery.

Delivery Charge

Our charges calculated based on the weight of the product, and qty of all items ordered.

Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept returns for up to 3 days after you received the products. Any opened/used consumables will not allow for refund or exchange.

The goods must be UNUSED, UNOPENED and in the same condition in which they delivered. We reserve the right to charge a 3% Re-Stocking & Handling fee, and there will be a collection fee of $35.00.

PLEASE NOTE: The cost and responsibility of returning non-faulty or unwanted goods will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will only issue the refund once the products returned to us and we have agreed that the products and packaging are in a satisfactory, re-sellable condition and have not used. While we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone’s interest to ensure the correct items are being ordered and suited for your particular requirements.

Please note: Any discrepancies, shortages or damages must notify within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order up until the point when you receive an email informing you that your order has dispatched. It will occur within 24 hours. If an order cancelled before being shipped, all payments made by the customer would refund in full.

If you decided to cancel the order cancelled, and goods have already shipped it will be dealt with as a return.

Refund of Return Goods

If the order is placed using credit or debit cards, then the refund will be issued as credit receipt. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by a company cheque. We reserve the right to charge a 3% re-stocking & handling fee, and there will be a collection fee of $35.00.

Site Security

Our website uses Paypal and eWay for credit card and debit card transactions.

Sydney Bio Packaging will never release your company details to third parties or other sources.

The information included in this website has checked for accuracy. Sydney Bio Packaging will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information.
