Can I return products?

Yes, goods can be returned for up to a maximum of 7 days from their receipt.

If you would like to return items, please follow the simple steps below:

Complete our returns form Email the returns form to orders@sydneybiopackaging.com.au We will then organise to pick up the stock from your nominated address and contact you to confirm this via email.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, we will process a refund or credit note for the total sale value, deducting $35.00 for the collection fee and 3.0% for restocking fee.

Please note that returns will be at Sydney Bio Packaging discretion.

Any damaged or faulty goods which are returned from collection will not be refunded in full.
